change value to what you like

no, you have to specify this for each F-line on server seperatelly ... but this makes sense in my eyes

as I explained before, your Clints can reshare to their Clients if you allow this in your server config

F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 } {} {} IP_or_DNS_of_Client

this means you can reshare to one more hop

F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:1 } {} {} IP_or_DNS_of_Client

this means your client is not allowed to reshare
