- change sci.ko kernel module
- must activate cas menu "internal cardreader off" $ system reboot
- copy newcs.xml_dual to newcs.xml can use both card reader upper and down
- newcamd.list file for dual card reader , var/keys folder
- for invoke newcs smargo card reader : copy only newcs.phoenix to newcs.xml

CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000
CWS = localhost 32000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan newcs
CWS = localhost 32001 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan newcs
one is for upper card reader and one is for down
