Thanks for your support, however after have installed the new firmwire on my box S700b we have not signal , Can you please advise what we need to do.

you must do factory reset with serial cable
1 Download Azloader tool - Download the link below.
2 Download Bug recovery (Recovery Azbox) - Download the Link below.
3 Unzip both to a folder. Verify that no longer is unpacked.
4 Switch off the mains.
5 Connecting cable RS232 Null - No PC and Receiver (do not connect the receiver still in electric current).
6 Open and load the AZloader Bug Recovery (Recovery Azbox) in the three dots [...]
7 Click Start.
8 Now you connect the receiver in electrical current.
9 Wait about 2 minutes to transfer the Software, and appear OK, close the program, the receiver will start. Then make a new update.
If the receiver has on / off switch use this option rather than staying put and taking in the making.
Ready Azbox is recovered.
