Code: 
- added extended info in main infobar
- added own converter: lets you view the info: cam name, caids in the 
  channel stream, extended ECM info, transporder info, channel number, 
  and allows use pixmaps for ECM/EMM info and status of the cam - 
  fta,emu,net,crd ( transporder info and channel number are from orig. 
  converter/renderer by AliAbdul, thx)
- standard nemesis extrainfobar is invisible, cause all infos are in maininfobar

skin have last updated screens - after changes by DMM (setup.py, ...)
if you updated image, please copy all files from archive videomode and 
DVDPlayer to: videomode to 0:/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins
/Videomode/ and DVDPlayer to 0:/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
/DVDPlayer/

Code: 
We made new special version of our skin, features:

- added 4 new renderers
- added rolling text in main infobar ( Event now), when text is too long
- added animation for picon
- added picon of Provider - animated too (synchro with channel picon)
- small redesign of main infobar

provider picons: /media/usb/piconProv or /media/cf/piconProv or /usr/share/enigma2/piconProv
