This patch does not affect the construction of dbox2-images
Dream IPBox and I have not tested, but should run.
There is a new option - with-BOXTYPE = CoolStream
and make the usual targets, so "make bootstrap".
The procedure for creating the cross-compiler and
associated eglibc is 1:1 from cross-tool-ng copy
been, as it is also used by CoolStream.
The patch attached some compile patches, mainly
include additions as somewhere between gcc-3.4.6 and
gcc-4.3.2 the header organization has been changed.
Moreover, the gcc and gmp patches of cross tool-ng
be included, also used by CoolStream, and
another upstream patch that compiling
libFLAC possible.

- Tuxtxt, tuxcal, tuxmail (Houdini has CoolStream specific patches for it)
