Transfer folders to qboxhd?

Hi all. Would like to know how can I transfer folders 'user' and 'lib' from last Busters_IceQube....to their equals into the box and what to do afterwards.I did that but nothing has changed!
I also tried USB stick +ON. OFF nothing was transferred

can someone help? Thanks a lot
