Relook 300s not working well

Hi every one, when I switch on the receiver (relook 300s) it s display the picture in few seconds then the picture is going off with no sound of course and this stay like this every time I turned it on ,I really tried may be every thing there…etc. can any one help me please to may be fix the problem. thank you all
