hey guys i managed to opend my decoder in march but now i am looking for the most recent keys so i could see if maybe i can open some channels on the following sattalites like hotbird,astra,skyitalia,and cabo channels

Dude you seem to be not much updated on Sat. S*y and Cabo has been closed for some time now.
If you want latest Key updateds for 2300 you can go here and which I hope you you have upgraded the latest software

How to download a new frequency on DSB 2300 2CI
==========================================

-Menu
-insallation
-manual search
-press edit button
-press add
-enter the new frequency / symbol rate and polarisation (e.g. ASTRA 19E 11953 27,500 HOR )
-press red button to start scan

How to move channels in Receiver DSB 2300 3CI
===========================================
- Menu
- Tv channel
- Channel manager
- Press red button "SORT"
- go to the channel you want to move
- Press yellow button "MANUAL"
- Go to the new position you want to move the channel to
- Press again the yellow button "MANUAL"
now your channel has moved from it's old position
- Press exit
repeat the operation for every channel you want to move
