e2 script plugin [ScriptExecuter]

Plugin is similar to what we know from the DGS, NLB, SifTeam to run scripts
Installation:
1. ScriptExecuter download directory under the directory structure that is attached archive \ usr \ lib \ enigma2 \ python \ Plugins \ Extensions and make files chomd 755
2. Directory scripts download sample scripts in accordance with the structure of directories from the archive that is \ usr \ scripts script and give chomd 755
some scripts by default for DreamBox, I added 2 scripts FAN.ON and FAN.OFF or turn on and turn off the fan
