AzBox Premium Won't Upgrade

Current FW version 09.2032. Never had problems upgrading in the past. Been trying to upgrade FW to 0.9.2163 off the internet via the Setup menu. Downloads 100% then a message appears shortly on screen "Updating", and TV screen goes black. The Box display reads "Upgrade" but nothing seems to happend. Not supposed to switch box off and reboot! -I know the advice! But it does not appear to be updating as usual and becomes idle, so I have to.
Tried to dowload an earlier version but same seems to happend.

Any ideas how to overcome this issue??

Reflushed from a USB seems to upgrade finally!

Thanx for the advice however, my box still doesn't upgrade over the internet...it gets stuck after updating to 95%. I have tried stopping the emus (mgcamd, Cron, SDXCas) in the plugin menu and then upgrading but no success. I can only upgrade using a USB stick. AZ
