Please put it in MOVIE receiver with FTP?

no video but no problem :thum:

The AZbox HD receiver is one that supports Linux as SSH and FTP connections, FTP connections to use a secure protocol that uses port 22 and not 21 like the other receivers.

Recommend to connect via FTP using "FileZilla" which you can download it here http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=117373

The data connection are:

Host: ip we have assigned to AZbox HD
User: root
Pass: azbox
Port: 22

If you want to connect through SSH recommend using "Putty" that you can download here http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=104203

The data connections are:

In the box enter the hostname of the ip AZbox

Click on "open" and hope not to leave a window where you ask us user (root) and password (azbox)

Saludos

Hi could you post if your USB drive is formated with FAT or ext3? or NTFS? If external USB drive uses FAT it won't work with files bigger than 2GB, if it is NTFS then it won't write at all, only read. You need to copy file from PC via USB if it is using NTFS and you won't be able to record to it.
If you format USB drive from Settings -> Storage you will make it ext3 without any of the limitations from above. But you will need special driver to read directly on PC. But FTP will work with big files (like mkvs).

Correction, could not edit original post, FAT32 limit is actually 4GB not 2GB as stated above.
