network problem

hi
i have tried always to connect my pc and router to my qboxhd.i have tried 2 pcs and various cables but no success.
when i do a network test it shows local as DISCONNECTED?
any ideas please?

i was inserting my access piont ip rather than my pc ip.
after i used my pc ip address i was able to update
