vantage softcam

hi can anyone tell me why the softcam i install only works with certain channels ie 1deg west and it doesnt seem to work with

Canal Digitaal (NL) - 006A (019.2 E)
TV Vlaanderen (S2) - 006C (019.2 E)
Turner - 0D035C (013.0 E)
