Hi everybody.
A newbie here, so bear with me.
I have now tried for several days to get my IP9000 to multiboot, but I cannot figure out how to do it. I have installed the uboot_1_3_3, but I cannot get the box to accept the commands with setenv that also needs to be run. So I ended up installing the 0.3.1 flash-version of E2. So now I am running E2, BUT now I cannot get network access. I try to activate the network link (DHCP), but it does not link. When I double-check the settings, the network settings has not been saved. What can be wrong?

9sat is not scanned/ 80sat scanned, but after a restart or goto ohter sat ang comback again - does not work (no have to pass to other channel and look in led last chennel in other sat).
(for example)
1-i scanned 80 sat 11043 H 44948 5/6 - this lock and scaned
2-i look chennels in this transporders good
3-i scaned 75 or 36 or 13 (any other sat)
4-i look channels in other sat (75,36,13)
5-i reboot or comback in 80sat -and have black screen and no lock transporders)
if i write my setting in tuner dreamset soft and reboot- i again look channel 80 sat, but after reboot or go other sat have black screen.
Emulators start through one time.

In ver2.0 worked, in 3 have shows black screen only
- fixed a bug on channels sca? Where??? NO FIXET !!!:mecry:

i have ipbox900 tuner and v3 and v4 created based sifteam e2 v 2.0 and work on this tuner is very fine/
error have only 36sat (sid no pid)-other sat scanned and work

yes
you need to hold a numeric key in for at least 5-10 seconds.
it depends on how you installed bootards or boot config file.
try holding down the 2 key, if it don't work try 3, then 4.
sometimes also you get a bad boot so it can take up to 3 attempts to work.
if it still dont work , flash box with uboot 1.3.3, then try again and if that fails you will need a serial cable and add the bootards.
but i am sure the latest E2 dont need the bootards, i always have them on mine just in case i need to try something different

Is their any way i can do it like a backup so i have my own flash image .img format i know all the size limit's and stuff.

just would like to know if anyone else is having a problem with this image?
mine keeps crashing when i select the sat posistion under the set
up option in the menu
also when i do a channel scan it does not find owt
also how do you connect to ftp i have putin the details of my ip and done a connection test etc i get the green tick boxs
the program im trying to use to ftp requires a username and password for it to connect
on my old image it was root and relook
can someone please advise

Did you set your IP ? you should use DCC, it does not need user /pass.
