attachment moved ?

Sorry -- I'm a new member trying to figure things out here. This morning I posted a flash update for the Tiger T1 Star receiver in the public sat upload section, hoping a moderator would move it to the other sat not listed section. Now it is gone from the public upload section but not in the other sat unlisted section.

Did I do something wrong?
