dream-TV HD for dm800

Thanks for at Kerni the really beautiful dream-TV HD skin and the permission to rumzumodden.

The changes are based on the Gemini version of the skin!
A version for CVS can I create when I'm the 25C3 zurrück, perhaps mercy is until then yes, someone else ^ ^
I have so far only 2 changes on the skin made my opinion on the dm800 make sense:

1st The tuner display AD removed, because the longer term, probably 800 to a tuner is set
2nd The OLED display on the LCD clock in style and progress bar is reduced, since one on the small screen from 2m anyway no longer recognize them.
