N*S 2 / N*S 3 card reader

Hi to everybody,
Have found prog called Anonimo card reader..
Some say it will be open all the *** channels and some say only D-smart 42°east provider. I havent possibility to try it. Somebody here know this program? I would like post it but i dont know how.
