Yes some guys came up with this problem and the reason could have been because that when the hour changed these guys were on some european stations and was turned to +1 automatically.
It should always be +2 cause beside the key change it works with a cycle

Don't confused the moment when the AES cycling are not working !!

And also the Channel they are using Viaccess 2.3 like : W9, Chasse et Peche etc !!

For me all support down !!
