can you change tpprog skybox channel list to abs channel list

as title says wondering if there is an editor that can change the skybox/openbox tp-prog files to abs to load on 403p as there is plenty of theese channel lists for 28e for skybox but have not come across any abs channel lists for 28e for the 403p
