SHD 8000 amiko

Good morning I have a problem with amiko SHD 8000 .... I've lost the menu ... I press the menu button to go to the page but has no choice does not make anything ..... the receiver operates normally only menu does not appear ... could you help me ... Thanks

I have an Amiko 7900 and had the same problem but only when the receiver was connected to the TV with a scart cable. If yours is the same setup then you can fix it by connecting the receiver to the tv with a HDMI cable then press MENU, PREFERENCES, A/V CONTROL and then change 'video output' from CVBS to RGB. The menus will then appear via the scart output too. Hope this helps, if you're not using a scart then you have a different problem.
