Help please AMIKO SSD 560??

Hi everyone

Im trying to download the new S/W for my receiver AMIKO SSD 560 but I cant do it as I see a message front panel receiver and its says ASH and it doesn't let me to do it.

Is there anyone had this problem,im having this problem after windows update today??

Its look like nobody had this problem(ASH)

I think that there is something wrong with my PC??
