X403p turns off and on...

Hi everybody, I need your help to solve this problem.
When ethernet cable is connected, about every 10 minutes my Opticum X403p shuts off and then immediately restarts. No problem when ethernet cable is disconnected. Tried to change that cable with no success. Firmware is updated frequently but no change. What can I do...? Thanks

You should use a crossover ethernet cable if you are connecting your box to your PC (host) directly through the LAN port and enabling ICS on the network adapter your modem is connected to.

You could use a straight ethernet cable only when your box is connected through a switch or Hub.
