oscam need restart every time I’m switching channel

Hello,
Eventually I was able to get my CCCAM card sharing using OSCAM.
I have E2 sifteam extreme 1.5 with oscam 9.3b and cccam 2.1.3.
Each time I am switching channel I need to restart the oscam in order to open the channel.
What is the solution?

I would firstly try to use a latest version of Oscam for your E2 image such as this one

Then you should look at your Oscam.server and Oscam.conf settings and see whether or not you need a suitable Oscam.dvbapi file also.
