Install Script Plugin, http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=182049&highlight=script then you will be able to use this file \var\bin\scrplg-mgcamd-restart.sh (to restart mgcamd if it's hangs).

Then go to your cuberevo web interface, choose system and CS Control, set your Card Server to NewCS and Softcam to mgcamd and press safe.

reboot your Cuberevo and, you have just installed mgcamd.
