problem with emergency flash update no folder

ive had to do emergency flash after bad flash
everything ok hyperterminal connects good
erase 4 lines good
set ipadrr
set serverip
tftpemergency ub enter
lots of ################### done all good
plug usb stick with nofallimage
bootm a400000
on front panel box starts update then says NO FOLDER
on hyperterminal bad crc any ideas

try another port and try format pendrive on fat 32. I try and starts ok.

you have probably forgot to make dirs kahtrein/ufs910 on usb and put the files in there
