green screen crash AAF E2

hello I have a kathrein ufs 910 si/sv
it`s crashing all the time. :mad: i don`t know what to do can not even conect the kathy to enthernet. it uses AAF E2 software.
can someone help me?

buna dimineata !!! nu stiu ce se intampla cu reciveru sau imaginea de pe el ... AAF E2 poate cineva sa ma ajute ? reciverul este nefolositor deoarece orice as incerca sa fac da eroare, se face ecranul verde si apoi se restarteaza :mecry:

What version of the software are you running?
What BA and BA boot version?
Are you running it in flash or via USB?

I`m running it in flash and I manage to put a new image on kathy. and I manage to connect it to enthernet by changing the ip from the rooter. now I just have to connect to conect it to a server.thanck you DkDexter

Format usb stick to fat32,name it SWAP put in usb slot and reboot.
