how to multi boot?

i'm new with a linux box.
i have a ipbox 9000hd.
With flashtool i'v upload the sifteam image.
How can i change the image by booting?
and how can i connect the webinterface of apbox or the sifteam?
if i use the ip adres i get a small webinterface.
