Help - S190CN

I am a brazilian guy and I need help to insert a new nagra 2 provider (T*e*l*e*f*o*n*i*c*a Brasil) in a firmware of a clone of S190CN. This provider is 7311 and I have the necessary numbers. I had asked for help to many people at Europe and always didn't work...still "software upgrade". I by myself tried too with several firmwares converting always with Auchedit and loading with arioner. I changed the P*o*l*s*a*t's provider and RSA...but still the same problem: "software upgrade".
